2Grips organizes on a regular basis, compact, interactive and practical (IT) Service Management workshops online or on different locations in Belgium and The Netherlands for anyone to participate. These ITSM workshops focus on hot topics, common bottlenecks, industry knowledge and frequently asked questions. The objective is to generate ideas, provide takeaways and to deliver quick wins for the participants to be utilized wherever possible within your business or organization.
The workshops are led by one of our senior ITSM specialists who have years of hands-on experience with the subject at hand.
Workshop: The Human factor in Service Management
The human factor is often forgotten in transition projects related to service management and tooling. However, without taking the adoption aspects into account, such projects often have little chance of success and certainly not of creating a stable environment for a sustainable new way of working.
During this workshop we will discuss how to take this human factor into account based on a practical approach. Since we love interaction, we’ll be happy to discuss your challenges and to share our experiences.
For this workshop you can choose between two online sessions: Tuesday September 22 (Dutch) and Thursday September 25 (English). The sessions take place from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
